Mrs. Gonsalves considers herself very lucky to be in the Dual Immersion Program at Webster Elementary.  She has been at Webster for 22 years and has taught third through fifth grade.  This school year, she is teaching third grade and is excited to see her students’ academic growth in both English and Spanish.  Mrs. Gonsalves believes that being in the dual language program and learning a new language is far more than just acquiring new vocabulary.  This program  gives students a better understanding of a new culture and global citizenship.    When she is away from Webster, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, tending to her garden and traveling.
